I'd recommend Portugal too. Algarve is a beauty during the summer. Another country is Croatia, I place Dubrovnik as a must see. Ireland, north to south. The Irish here would be better to recommend places than I would be. As for France, it depends on what you're looking for and the time you have! You can PM me if you want as I was living there recently. I spent some time in a small French town on the coast Bologne (spelling?). Very nice place about an hour outside Lille, would certainly recommend. Close, it's Boulogne

Prague is worth a look. Gorgeous city. Edinburgh is also a great city. Ireland is also great. My advice is to pack light and bring more money. It will rain on you every day. Beware the moors and stick the road, lads. I also loved Paris, crowds be damned. American Werewolf in London reference?

from going to some cities around Europe, Barcelona is an absolute must. best city ive ever been too and it has a beach. its a beautiful city full of architecture and culture. always festivals of some sort on.
Copenhagen in Denmark is superb too.
Obviously Amsterdam is a must to experience the weird and wonderful world there.

Croatia.
Dubrovnik, Split and the island of Hvar were top notch in every respect.
You can hop across on an overnight ferry from Bari for relatively little if you're around that area.
Beautiful place.

Since he created this thread, I'm travelling to Madrid on the 26th and I want to see new things. Tired of the same old, idk why my mom loves that city so much.
Is there a place, non touristic and unexploited by the common person you'd indicate?

The lake district in the UK is stunning. Avoid Windermere and head further north to Keswick. I haven't been for years but York is also worth a visit. I believe the pubs are fantastic with some great ales on.
