I watched the Paddy Crerand show on MUTV earlier. I'm genuinely stunned at what I saw. Apparently we've a 'great squad of players'. We 'need to get behind the team' and everything that's going on now is due to 'outside influences'. You couldn't make it up. Yeah, I was pretty stunned. Those calls were definitely not screened... North Korean state TV offer a more balanced & less sanitised version of events,than Paddy & his mates. |

It might be an unpopular opinion but I don't think the squad is that bad IF they play to their potential... Lukaku (barring the miss), Rashford, Martial, Lingard and Pogba are all decent as an attacking threat... Matic still good in MF, Fred looks a player and Herrera surely hasn't regressed so far from when he was player of the year? Mata still has a bit of magic. Shaw is finally showing why he could become one of the best LBs in Europe and we have DDG...the world's best keeper...Tony V is pretty dependable but not good enough going forward... The rest of the defence is a shambles but again maybe if coached and encouraged could see out the season reasonably well before we buy in some class... And we have some decent youth players who could be developed by the right coaching... Don't get me wrong, I am still hugely pessimistic about this season but I don't think we have a squad that is so much worse than anything else in the PL... This is our best squad in some time tbh. I know the negativity is high but I think we need to get thru the media driven BS to realize that the squad itself will be OK moving forward with or without Jose. Our midfield is the strongest it’s been since our 2008 team. We have capable attacking players up front and a world class keeper. Obviously CB is a problem but a new manager would be more than happy taking over this squad. |

Its annoying as fuck most of the time, but the noise from the United players after this game on social media seems to all be about togetherness.
If the players want to get up for the rest of the season, watch the TV channels, read the papers and look on social media at all the anti united stuff. It would make me angry as fuck.
If we somehow win the league this season, it will probably be the sweetest of them all. What more motivation do these guys need?
Suddenly, I feel like they really want it. Jose clapping at the fans at the end, will hopefully restore some belief.

That says it all Damn bassackwards State I live in doesn't have legal gambling except at casinos they drain tax dollars out of, but, I think I will put a few bucks down at those odds if I can do so on-line. Hell, I waste money on stuff that has less chance of return than that bet would (maybe?)

That says it all 25-1 for a top 2 finish and only 2/5 to finish outside the top 4 He can go for the Europa League again next year to get us back into Europe. This will be his 3rd year out of the last 5 failing to finish in the top 4 with two clubs |
