so your a vegan ? or veggie ? caffeine though. I love coffee and tea. I couldn't ever give those up Veggie. I would love to go Vegan but there are things I couldn't give up. So many things are made of from animal by products. Plastic shoes make your feet stink and are bad for the environment. As for tea and coffee. I do decaff. Good products and you can't tell the difference. I gave up caffeine accidently. Long story and the withdrawal wasn't pleasant! veggie food I enjoy. often make veggie curries, just had one for lunch and last nights tea. ive cut down on caffeine. don't drink tea or coffee in work no longer unless its before I go to the gym. can you get nice decaf coffee in terms of Columbian, etc.

You're confusing me saying 'eat shit loads of veg' as me saying go veggie/vegan. Which I'm not. Vegetables should take up more than half your plate at meal times. With two palms sized servings of protein and a fist sized serving of carbs (rice, sweet potato). Switch sugary drinks and squash for water and cut down on booze and you'll see a difference in no time. or go Keto and don't eat carbs. tbf, veggie food is great as its full of flavour. just to add, im not a veggie. I tried Keto. Didn't work for the type of training I like to do. I need the carbs to help with that. Plus, I buzz off a jackfruit sandwich every now and then.

Fuck that. I need to do whilst maintaining my lust for steak and lamb chops. Complimented by.... You're confusing me saying 'eat shit loads of veg' as me saying go veggie/vegan. Which I'm not. But when you consider a pint is around 300 calories, times that by say 4 that's 1200 cals just in beer, given the average man should consume 2500 a day, that's half your intake just on beer. If you really wanna drink, try gin or vodka with a sugar free mixer.

That's the same as me if I'm not at my local bottle shop I will make a trip to town and get to track or cloudwater, most of the time, plus I normaly have a few cans in the house that I have either got offline or brought back with me from working away. the main thing I have changed or trying to change is I have 3 veggie teas now a week and take a pack lunch to work, because I work all over I used to find my day would consist of a maccys breaky and subway or some shite for dinner, drinking more water and not fizzy pop has made me feel better in just a few days too

I’ve tried the Paleo diet and I can honestly recommend it to everyone. I think it’s a very balanced way of eating while eliminating processed food and sugar .

Artisan Ales is decent, but usually end up heading to Epicurean if I'm back in Manc.

LHG, Moor, Dawkins, Good Chemistry, Croft Ales and Wiper and True. Electric Bear in Bath and Deya in Cheltenham aren't too far away either. Plus there's loads of Bottle Shops with taps and also Small Bar on King Street which is something Manchester doesn't have. If you're ever down this end, gimme a shout.

I've had to switch out load of shit in my diet as I'm upto 15 stone @ 6foot tall which makes me fatter than a motherfucker and just fell dreadful all day long. I've started adding veggies to basically everything I eat and actually exercising for a change.
