How are the post Crimbo diets going? I don't like this going to bed hungry malarkey but its the best way to shed some pounds. No food after 18.30. Lost 3lb since 2nd Jan. Fuckin starving

I intermittent fast. finish eating at 8pm. don't start again until 12. it works. feel less hungry, more energy, more focused.
I don't train or eat for weight goals. its how I look and feel.

I'm on slimming world, fuck that feeling hungry malarkey. I've shed 3 and a half stone since June last year but gained 7 and a half pounds over Christmas. I've got 1 and a half stone till my target and I'm pretty confident I can get there in the next couple of months.

I'm not convinced not eating for half a day, most of which you spend in yer fuckin bed could be described as fasting But understand the logic, its pretty much what I am doing. Joe Rogan Intermittent Fasting. loads of professionals talking about it. including GSP. its similar to Keto diet

Complimented by.... even better. ive got braising steak in 8 hours on low heat today. prepare the night before. stick it on in morning. ready for getting in after work. same with chilli's, Bolognese, currys.

You're confusing me saying 'eat shit loads of veg' as me saying go veggie/vegan. Which I'm not. Vegetables should take up more than half your plate at meal times. With two palms sized servings of protein and a fist sized serving of carbs (rice, sweet potato). Switch sugary drinks and squash for water and cut down on booze and you'll see a difference in no time.

I couldn't ever give those up Veggie. I would love to go Vegan but there are things I couldn't give up. So many things are made of from animal by products. Plastic shoes make your feet stink and are bad for the environment. As for tea and coffee. I do decaff. Good products and you can't tell the difference. I gave up caffeine accidently. Long story and the withdrawal wasn't pleasant!
