I am as frustrated and pissed off as anyone following last night's result and particularly the way it happened... BUT I have to say that we have been pretty decent to watch recently and that is down to both Ole and the players seeming to find a system and style of play that looks attractive and works...so Ole gets a little slack for that but if we come out if this season potless and out of the top 4 then we seriously need to look at replacing him... Having said all that, I watched the Spurs game the other night and I am thanking my lucky starts that Jose has gone...the style of play stinks and reminds me why I started skipping watching our matches...i still love jose as a manager and his personality. unfortunately it seems like time has moved forward quicker than himself as a manager and i dont think he will recover. but watching his spurs side in recent games, reminded me of his last months with united. as much as i like him, he had to leave and it was the right call and right now i can at least enjoy watching us recently. what i`m struggling with is, to understand how this all happened to jose. that man is highly intelligent and smart, one of the greatest tacticians in the history of football. i dont understand how he has fallen so far behind. one or two bad seasons...fair enough. but looking like a dinosaur after having been one of the best and innovative ever is just painful to watch and so weird. He needs to take a break and go back to the drawing board but his ego won't allow him. Most managers go stale even the greats, being stubborn completely ruined Wenger. That's what made Ferguson so great, he went with the times, if you compare his great teams be it the 93, 99 or 2008 sides, they were very different in many areas. Mourinhos style of football has been made redundant by the Guadiolas and Klopps of the management world. Nobody wins trophies playing that way anymore.

I expect Chelsea and Leicester to drop more points in their run in. Yesterday was bad but it should not be all doom and gloom. We’ll beat Palace and West Ham. I can see Chelsea beating Norwich and drawing to the dippers and Wolves. I then see Leicester drawing with Sheffield, losing to spurs and then drawing with us in the final game. If that was to happen 3 to 5 would be:
3. United- 66 pts 4. Chelsea- 65 pts 5. Leicester 61 pts
Obviously Wolves could still go past Leicester for 5th too. We’d match our point total from last year and finish 3rd. Goes to show how shit the league has been this year.

Williams drove himself into training - apparently he wouldn't be allowed to do that if there was a suspected concussion, so that's good. Cut looks nasty but that can be dealt with.

Bestie- Marked difference from being a big club and having realistic expectations as a fan.
Are we a Top 10 team in Europe even right now (think so but close to 8-10)? If we're even asking, we as fans can't expect a guaranteed W for just showing up.

If he was concussed he wouldn’t be let near a steering wheel so he should be ok to play on Thursday with protective gear.

But I also think we might have to say goodbye to the FA Cup by playing a much weakened team against the Rents.

Theyve a vital trip to Anfield 3 days later, so their rotation situation might be fairly similar to ours.

We’re moaning and worried about our chances but I’d be much more concerned if I were a Chelsea supporter. Their back 4 is horrible and more prone to silly mistakes than ours. There will be a few more twists and turns at the end.

Only a couple of positions, but we beat Chelsea 3 times this season without Pogba and twice without Fernandes, so there is hope. The front three will be vital in any victory there though.
