best signing of the summer would be poch in and ole DOF. Our best 11 should be doing a lot better, it's not a lack of pre season 🤦‍♂️ because Poch has a much better CV than Ole. Guaranteed whoever takes over from Ole will be in the same position and get the same treatment from people here. Dont get the hype with Poch. Hes won nothing as a manager and hes been at the top level for much longer. I fail to see how he's any better of an option. He clearly does. Or are we going to completely ignore him getting Spurs to the Champion’s League final? And coming second on 86 points in the league. With Spurs of all teams.

We surely can't blame Ole bearing in mind he's been hung out to dry on transfers plus how many coaches does the club have. Bet there's over a dozen for different parts of the team. They all must shoulder the blame along with the players
Tactics, in game management and subs you can point in ole's direction.
I would like to see him on the touchline a bit more changing the formation, issuing instructions like Telling wanbasaka how to defend but this clusterfuck of a team and club aint Ole's fault

I’m not completely convinced on Poch but I’m sure it’s just a coincidence he’s still a free agent.

But I'm not going to base a manager being a better option because he lost in a final either. Getting to one final doesnt warrant this constant hype that he'll be the right choice. Ole got us to 3 semi finals and 3rd in the league in his first full season with the squad we've got. Id say that's an achievement but ultimately means little because we also lose them. Its irrelevant who is in charge, if they don't get backing they're fucked either way.

Bruno saved him from getting egg on his face. His defensive changes weren't necessary and it nearly backfired. Ole knows better than anybody about attacking football. We should be doing that not settling with a 1 goal advantage and sitting right back inviting teams at us.

So what about this getting 86 points with Spurs and coming second? That’s about 20 more than Ole managed last season. And probably 15 or so more than Ole will manage this year. Time might tell, obviously Woodward could fire Ole in December, which he probably will. We should have lost that game comfortably today. You can say you don’t care all you like but that’s two league games we’ve been absolutely shite in so far. We won’t get away with that again.

People making excuses for Pogba again, fitness this, fitness that. Nothing to do with attitude then 🤦🏻‍♂️. Supposedly being offered an improved deal aswell. Exactly whats wrong with this club. Rewarding mediocrity. Hes the most overhyped player ive ever seen. He will certainly get a new deal and then spend that contract looking away and making Ed look like a gobshite

As much as I’d love the nostalgia of a club legend like Ole leading us back to the top, the cold hard reality is that he’s shown signs that he isn’t capable of doing it. I still hope he can and we’ve shown glimpses of greatness in some games but glimpses of it just isn’t good enough. Poch is a clear upgrade let’s not kid ourselves of that.

I'm also not saying he wouldn't be a good option. Maybe he would I dont know. If I knew that whoever took over Ole would get the backing needed then perhaps I would be more inclined to accept other options. The sad thing is we've been here 4 times now in 7 years. How will number 5 be any different? Some people are willing to throw another manager under the bus (sure we've been here before). When until things change upstairs it's inevitable that the same will happen with the next manager.

So being a runner up twice is a good thing?
