Not before the next trophy is won I reckon, not fully anyway. Great. So about 4 more years then. Wha did I advise the other day? Nice cup of sweet tea and a sit down. Don’t do this to yourself bud!

I have a degree of simmering fury, however the dominant sentiment is very much perverse grim satisfaction. Ole failed again. The club failed again. There is no gloss, no papering over cracks. That is more important than second rate trophies we shouldn't be in in the first place. Tell that to the half of our fanbase that are parroting the word "progress" over and over. They’re Twitter twats and should be wholly ignored!

There is no worse feeling than lose a final, as the team was this close to a trophy without being able to touch it. Thats why I perfer my teams to go out in the semi at the latest if they are not going to win it. But for how long it should affect one is feelings, well i think thats an invidual thing. I personally try not let out comes of game affect me longer than maybe for the rest of the day they are played and maybe the following day depending on how the game was. Thank you for that detailed and coherent insight. Ooooooh Doc, you’re way wrong on this mate. Give your head a massive wobble!

I’m still seething about this result. I’m not actually sure when I’ll stop seething about it. A small part of me is so angry and depressed about it that I'm thinking its inevitable City eventually win the European cup and that I may as well get it out of the way now while I'm so bitter anyway. Very small part of me mind. I think it's like the vermin winning the League again. Eventually they were going to get it right. I want the inevitable delayed as long as possible. Ideally until after Pep gets fed up and fucks off. Bald fraud.
