I think everyone is in general agreement that these are serious issues that need to be fixed now.  To be fair this was the case well before Ole even came onto the scene. The issues have been there for much longer. Unfortunately we've got a club that is run by people that only care about their pockets and not the football club side. As much as I like Ole it's obvious why he was brought in, being an ex player he would appease the fans more. One good thing if/when Ole is replaced is at least the squad will be a far better condition for the next manager. Will be far less of a rebuild needed anyway. Add structure to this squad and its a title challenging one. The Glazers are guilty of many things. The first team looking like a bunch of complete strangers on match days is not one of them.

I've not said they are have I? I'm taking about the issues at the club that have lead us to where we are. I'm talking about those that employed an inexperienced manager in the first place, have offered him 2 contracts since and have kept him where he is. The endless transfer windows where we have done shocking business because we have an investment banker in charge of it. That's what I'm talking about, not necessarily being in charge of the players etc, that's mainly on the manager and on the players.

One thing I do think worth mentioning is that I think Ole is right about the Villa goal. It should be offside, the refs are inconsistent on this but they need to be clearer. Teams take players off the post to ensure stuff like this is offside.
Obviously it's no excuse as we should have won comfortably well before then, and it's primarily Ole's fault we didn't. But setting aside my anger at that and the pathetic nature of requiring the excuse, the core point itself is valid on this occasion IMO.

This point is less valid. At least the Manchester United manager has his priorities right - breaking up play against Aston fucking Villa.

Can anybody be arsed to do the next match day thread?
I thought about it but I really don't give a fuck...
I am starting to feel the way I did when I wanted Jose out...I don't ever want us to lose but if it gets Ole out and a proper manager in, well...
(I feel dirty just thinking this...)

This point is less valid. Remember when a lot of us, myself included, thought (or should that be hoped) that Varane coming in meant that now we have an actual world class centre back he won't play those two together anymore. And his supporters were saying basically the same, he only plays them because we're so poor at centre half he feels he has no choice but to play them. Well now he has his dream 120M pairing together, both his signings, and he still plays them. It's not because the centre halfs were/are poor. It's because he's a nob.

It’s also because Ole is a spineless coward who’s only motivation is to leach on to this dream job for as long as possible.
