Flick’s been at the job 5 months now. In a span of 4 days he’s put 4 past Bayern and Real.

All while spending a fuckload of money on average players. Keeping him on after that FA Cup win is peak glazer and INEOS should be fucking embarrassed with themselves.

Not to mention the fact we deservedly beat Barca in the Europa not that long ago. The trajectory of the two sides since then has been scarcely believable.

Lol xavi wife posted on Instagram a picture of him with his son and his lads wearing a united top, probably nothing in it what so ever but we have apparently held talks with him so who knows.

I don't think INEOS are willing to consider appointing a caretaker manager. It would mean giving Erik a £15m pay-off and then appointing a relatively unproven Ruud on an interim basis and still having to find a new manager in the summer.
Xavi and Terzic are both immediately and I think either of them would be an upgrade on Ten Hag.
Xavi has some big club experience with Barcelona and won a few trophies and helped them through a difficult period and Flick has been able to build on that.
Terzic lost the Bundesliga title on goal difference and took Dortmund to the Champions League final. That is pretty good going.
So interview both and see who's willing to take over and make your choice. If we wait until the summer both of them might find new jobs.
Yes there might be some big name managers coming available in the summer such as Amorim and Inzaghi but there's no guarantee they'd want to join us and with lots of job openings in the summer they might move elsewhere or stay put and hold out for a better opportunity.

Great quote on the radio this morning. It's like watering a dead plant. Also saying Ruud should catch some heat as he has been brought in as a striking coach. We are now on minus 3. Let that fucking sink in. Minus 3. If we are not careful this fucker is getting us relegated.

Blame the players all you want (and yes that forward line is really shit) but it was ETH who got most of them here and it was he who prioritized all the wrong positions despite knowing our struggle scoring goals.
