So his statement pretty much confirms that he was out of order.
Well the admission is something, a step in the right direction.

Having a tantrum because you dont get to play and an incident during the off season are very different. People expect better from Ronaldo and after last night Ronaldo deserves everything he gets. |

You can absolutely coach that You really can't mate, Im a grassroots coach, and honestly some playsers just have it, and some don't, you can coach so much, but pure talent and natural instinct can't be coached imo This isn't a talent deficit but instead a lack of intelligence and awareness. Does he realise he has the time?, does he even look where the keeper is, so that his first touch puts him in a better position to score instead of just smashing it? These guys are professional players who train every day. He should be better mate. |

Maguire's issue is he is not good enough, his defence and only defence is that he did not put a gun to anyone's head and force them to buy him let alone pay that fee.
Ronaldo's is a massive act of disrespect and petulance. The pre season tour no show was bad but he got a pass because he is Ronaldo, but to now do what he has done is just wrong. He is a better pro than that.
