Nagelsmann is German , so its very much likely Bayern is his dream club. I'm sure it was for about 18 months, probably a little less given they sacked him Bayern screwed up on sacking him , what if they come back for him ?, not beyond the realms of possibility he wants to put his record straight there.

He might go back years down the line when the current structure has changed, but no way a year or two later.

The one thing about this job is that anyone who can succeed here will get huge amounts of acclaim.
At Liverpool it will be a tough challenge replicating Klopp's successes. And likewise at Manchester City when Pep eventually moves on. And that was the issue Nagelsmann faced at Bayern taking over a team on the decline but used to winning absolutely everything.
Here the bar is set pretty low. Mourinho did the best achieving 2nd place and winning 3 trophies. And that was many years ago. And recruitment has been so bad it is bound to improve under INEOS which offers a nice tailwind for an incoming boss. You also have some very bright emerging talents such as Mainoo and Garnacho and Hojlund to nurture. Another huge tailwind.

Criminal if they aren’t planning for a replacement. That doesn’t include waistcoat.

The pool of good young managers is very small, and this summer Bayern Liverpool Barca to name just a few of the big clubs are looking unless we make our move early we will end up with the scraps or sticking with eth

ETH has his faults but he can’t be blamed for the players playing like children. Could see them penalties happening a mile off and not picking up the short on a corner is totally immature behaviour.
These are total basics

I'd keep Erik, but simply because the current alternatives would be much worse. He should really be off at the end of the season if not sooner, but if he goes, it will be Southgate. It just will. I can see it a mile away and he'll always play favourites. Besides, why should the players get away with it AGAIN? We actually played well last night, but every one of their goals was down to a mistake and that can't be blamed on Erik.

Yep, you can pretty much say we gifted them all their goals, absolutely sick of it, lack of football brains in our side is shocking! 2 games in a row now where we've been leading with a few minutes to go only to throw it away!

Yeah, United must be the only team in the World who can concede 3 goals in 2 games that were all past the 97th minute. Pathetic club.

Ten Hag’s subs took the momentum away from us and handed it to them. Meaning we spent the last 20 mins+ on the back foot.
With how this side plays and especially defends, the message should’ve been to go and kill the game. Not just hope to hold on to what we had.
We know we have some of the dumbest players known to man but the manager shoulders plenty of blame for me. His tactical acumen is non existent.
