What a goal by Rio, how depressing must be for Liverpool fans that Rio is a better forward than Bellamy,Fowler,Dirk Cunt and Peter Cunt. Fletcher was great and despite Carrick was abit clumsy with passes he defended well. Where was Gerrard and why the fuck did Vidic get a card but not him? Giggsy was superb as well as Fletcher. Fletcher>Liverpool I would just love to hear what the pundits have to say now after some had said that Liverpool made shrewd signings and were favorites to win the league. They looked terrible out there and Gerrard couldn't get anything going....hehehe. What will be great is if when we play them at Anfield we put them out of their misery with a 3-0 win. They'd need something special to think they can come even close to winning the title; unlike ARSEnal whose only problem was scoring goals Liverpool don't seem to have much of anything.

Was Stevie Gerrard even playing today... didn't look like it.
We played some great football today, Lovely goals, lovely play, Liverpool didn't really pose much of a threat. Another three points and long may it continue!

Safe to say the scousers just kissed their title hopes good bye...lol It was an classic example of a middle league team playing a top team. If you buy middle league players you end up with a middle league team its common sense which obviously doesn't prevail in Rafaland.

Great result, a good performance but not excellent. Lets be honest we beat a lesser prem team today. A few to many wayward passes from all around the pitch. I'm not saying we didnt do well but to be honest i'd say if we played like that against chelsea we wouldnt have won it 2-0 comfortable. that match will come soon though and if chelsea play like they did against barca we should beat them too.

Great result bit of an anti climax though, we looked comfortable for long periods. Can't complain though, Rio is my captain on fantasy footie and Scholesy is also in my team. Oh and I predicted 2-0 on IKTS so it's great all round ;D Oh and we are top again, can't forget that

Solid performance. Didn't think there were any stand-out performances but i thought we defended well and Evra and Vidic in particular were strong. Good old Scholesy.

Evra was superb. Best player on the pitch IMO.
Fletcher had a nother solid as hell game, more of those and 99% of this board will be choking on some humble pie come May.

Fletcher was good today, he set utds tempo early on with his energy, never stopped all day and never allowed risse to attack, I wish he played like that more regularly

Marvelous result, really needed to get the 3 points today and the lads didn't disappoint, I didn't actually think we played particularly well today in terms of quality football with quite a few misplaced passes and our final ball was poor most of the time but our attitude was spot on today and luckily we were playing a joke of a team who didn't make the most of our mistakes.
We completely dominated them and if we'd been at the races we could have murdered them but I'm more than happy with 2-0 and delighted to see Scholesy grab one on his 500th app for us, an absolute legend and showed Gerrard why England are so desperate for him to come back, well they can keep their hands off he's all ours. Overall a great result that keeps us top ;D

Miss utd wrote I'm usually very critical of Fletcher, but he is having a very good match today this far. We are playing Liverpool though, and that usually make most players put in the extra effort
Then wrote
love Carrick and think he is going to be great for us once all the pieces comes together for him, he has looked lazy at times today though, and although he had a very good start to the game he is slipping out of it again. He looks confused, and slightly like he is trying to be a defensive midfielder. I really hope Sir Alex didn't tell him to play defensively, because it's not for him... well here's to Carrick to score! Am I asking too much
Yes is the answer, 7 goals in his whole career, Please dont start clutching at straws and blaming the manager for another characterless display from him

I though Carrick played very well. Tracked back, put some good challenges in blah blah.
His performnace today has moved him down a notch on my shit-o-meter!

As in then there'd be an excuse as to why he was not going forward as much as I wanted him to. I want him to do well, hence the comment regarding wanting him to score. And he is going to do well, he looked out of his debt today but he has not played badly in his other matches, not played brilliantly either. If you are going to comment on anything I say... at least read my comments before you do.

PAUL SCHOLES HE SCORES GOALS!! and rio! what a class finish. he's making it a habit to score against liverpool isnt he. liverpool were pretty toothless today, but hey, we scored 2 goals, conceded none, got 3 pts and are back at the top.passing was a bit sloppy at times but great result nonetheless. the crowd was absolutely amazing. i was singing 'take me home united road' along with them. #yahoo#
