Fantastic performance from all the lads--Carrick was decent, improved performance still would like to see him pick it up a notch...Fletch is having a good seasons, Evra and Vidic once again showed why we bought them and everyone else were their usual selves...VDS, Gaz, Rio, Giggsy, Scholes (500th!!!!), Saha (thought he deserved a goal), Rooney (100th--still waiting on that goal, but on these performances who cares??)

Yeah Carricks gettin there, just need to be patient, the ball over the top to put Rooney through was excellent, pity Wazza couldn't control it, prob only one other player on the pitch that could have played that pass and that's Scholesey.
Evra impressed too, he's gettin better by the game.
Fcuk knows what we would have done to em if Ronaldo had played.

Yea, when i saw ronaldo was starting i was a wee bit worried that Gonzalez would control that flank. But apparently, we could have played with our reserve team adn still have won, so it is all good.

I think it was just relief all round when Scholes scored. We'd played them off the pitch for almost the entire half, and hadnt scored. We needed that goal to ensure it wasn't going to be "one of those days".
