Following up a comfortable victory over Everton, despite the weakened side United face a difficult trip to Boro. A place where we were slaughtered last season 4-1, a game which could be seen as the maturing of the youngsters. In a weekend where Chelsea have no League fixtures it is vital United win to maintain the pressure on the Russians. Moving six points clear, even with one more game played, could put pressure on Chelsea whom play their next league game against a struggling Arsenal side, who will be up for that particular fixture. I'd field: Van Der Sar
Neville - Ferdinand - Vidic - Evra
Ronaldo - Carrick - Scholes - Giggs
Rooney - Saha We need to get this XI playing together again and bar injury we should do. Prediction: 2-1 United.

Definitley a must win, especially since Arsenal could do us a favour later. I think we'll win it though, 3-2.

I’ll predict a score once I see the line ups, mainly ours.

I hate this fixture. Can't wait to get it out of the way. Boro are so negative but dificult to break down. Lets hope we score first and force them to attack and then we can pick them off.

I’ll predict a score once I see the line ups, mainly ours. Don't try jinxing us again though Looking forward to this match, I like our matches with Boro... so happy it's on tv, I don't think I can take streams two matchdays in a row.

The bogey team are back... hate playing these bastards - even more than when it was Southampton!
I predict a positive result for us and 3 points... not sure about a score tho... depends if we turn up from the off
Next time Dynamo Chelski play tho (we could be 9 points clear!) they play that really shite Arsewipe team on the Sun...

We need to extend the same courtesy they showed us last year, so I hope to see our regulars starting and a good win for us. I'm hoping ARSEnal can pass the ball around so much they waste the whole 90 mins with Chelsea chasing the ball...though I don't know if ARSEnal have it in them to score against Chelsea.

To be honest, Benfica is more important than this, wouldn't be surprised if at the minimum one or two changes were made from the strongest 11. Maybe rest Vidic for Brown or rest Nev, who knows 2-1 United Mclaren knew how to beat United, let's see if Southgate does

I agree Benfica is the more important game. But we need 2 start our first eleven for this game
VDS Gaz Rio Vid Evra Ron car scho giggs (if fit) Saha Wazza
Its cruical that we take the 3 points really..Especially with Chelsea not playing this weekend. A good 6 point lead will really put the pressure on
