When we kick off versus Tottenham on Sunday the likelihood is that Chelsea will be three points behind us (they have Charlton away on Saturday) and therefore we must win this game and go into this difficult away game with the mentality that we want to win it. After this we have aways at Liverpool, Chelsea and Man City so we have to win this too especially considering anything can happen in those games. Giggs, Scholes and Van Der Sar will return after being rested as will Saha from a knee injury. Adam's XIVan Der Sar
Neville - Ferdinand - Vidic - Evra
Ronaldo - Scholes - Carrick - Giggs
Rooney - Saha Subs: Kuszczak, Brown, Fletcher, Solskjaer, Larsson Prediction: 2-1 UNITED - A clean sheet would be nice but I don't see it with the potency of Spurs' attackers especially at home but I see our attack being too strong for them. With Rooney and Ronaldo on form as well as Saha returning we should win this game and will have no excuses if we don't.

After them getting beat last night it might just work in our favour.
We are good enough to beat them anyway....
3-1 to Utd...

I have to agree with you on all of the above Adam, scoreline, team etc. I just hope We go out and not worry about their line-up, their system, but let them worry about us. Would Jol prefer to see Wayne upfront or out on the wing in a 4-5-? I go 2-1 to Utd, but it'll be tough. But we need to win these kind of games if we're going bring back what rightfully ours. C'mon Utd!

Certainly one of 4 games we have to play yet that make me feel nervy. I'll be glad to see them go. Er. 1-0 for United.

As always, a very well drawn line up Adam. However, I am not sure of Saha's ability returning from injury, but I am hoping for Larsson to come on and later may be Parky. So I'd put Park in the subs list. I'd go for 3-1 this time around.

I don't know what to think because by all accounts the Watford game could hardly be counted as a test. Games like that give teams confidence though so despite that we will go to the Lane hoping to win, hopefully not expecting it though because that's usually when we let them score when it's late on and too late to get back. Isn't this Michael Carrick's first game back to Spurs? Will they give him a hard time? I think they may not bother.
If we don't mess around and we play like we can we can win but Spurs have been impressive so I go for 2:1 to United.
This month has Spurs, Charlton, Reading, Lille and Fulham. It's not too much to expect victories in all of these. RnR

I agree with all the lineup except Saha , I think he'll start with larsson&Rooney. Larsson is really playing well and should be given a start. Its gonna be a tough match at the lane, however we are United and can cope with that, we've been to places like Bolton and battered them ! 2-nil. roo-naldo

Im stoked. Finally a match on U.S TV.
The lennon v Ronaldo battle down the right flank will be exciting due to teh sheer speed of the two. However, Ronaldo (as he has done with every time) will give Lennon a run-around. Hopefully Rocha will give us a nice present like he gave the Gooners earlier in the week.
2-0 United Rooney to bag one and then Ronny with a howitzer!

It's on in Oz too, but f*ck I hate these Sunday arvo games (3 a.m Monday kick off in sunny Sydney). I wonder how much the loss to Le Arse and the exertion of extra time will affect the opposition? Whatever, I think we'll have too much in the tank for them......5-3 to Utd (coming back from 3-0 down at half-time!)

Good News that Ledley King isnt playing this game. Now it will be even easier to penetrate the spurs defense
