Paperboy > grill chef > retail sales > lab technician > registered nurse > child abuse welfare officer > recruitment consultant > manager > business owner. Diverse enough?! Child abuse welfare officer. All the money in the world couldn't get me to do that job. Who the fuck would abuse a child! Ive had two child sexual abuses cases in half a year, a 5 year old boy and a 13 year old girl. It's sick, the one fuck had his house wired with cameras, relaying to his iPad. So when his wife and daughter finally left the home and came in to report it, he knew the gig was up while he was out of town and scored the first flight home. Luckily we scooped him up in time.

i've gone 30 years without ever having driven a car. never had need to and parking in dublin is a nightmare, so why bother?! Not needing a car in the city is understandable but in the sticks you're fucked without one If you have an appointment somewhere you have to give yourself 90 minutes to get there just to be on the safe side ... and the nearest towns are only 3-5 miles away I live in a city of 1.2 million and it's the same. We have no freeways to drive down and we have more traffic lights than San Francisco. I often want to move far away from the City but it's got everything we need so I'll probably never end up doing it.

I don't drive but the trains aren't too bad in Melb, at least my line is anyway.
Some of the lines are shocking, but we live right by the station and work only a few minutes away from it too. Trams are useful as well, so it's pretty easy to travel in and out the city.

Trams are useful as well, so it's pretty easy to travel in and out the city. When we went to Melb earlier this year we went on a freeway from the Airport into the City, Never stopped once. This is not possible in Adelaide. Took the trams a lot & they were good. Trams aren't too bad in Adelaide tbf there's just not enough of it. The older people still complain about the trams being taken out that went to all the outer suburbs.
