glad to see those comments from RVP. i'll take them with a pinch of salt due to the fact that they r coming from the club's in house media, but it is good to see read him saying his relationship with the manager is good.
though im a big Cavani fan and i'd still take him at the club, a fit, firing and motivated RVP is a threat to any team in world football.

I'm amazed Giggs hasn't done an interview in ages. Being the most senior player and coach I'd love to know what he thinks. Not that we'd get a very candid interview.

I doubt Moyes wants the media or anyone outside a select few knowing what Giggsy thinks of this shambles.
I like the bit about RvP saying he wants to sign a new contract, I actually reckon he might have had assurances Moyes will be getting the boot at the end of the season.

He's a serial winner who only speaks about United being at the top. I think it would go against his fibre to see us in 6th & i'm starting to doubt he will even be a coach here next season. |

It does beg the question if RVP knows something with regards DD but also is he being cautious on the pitch because of the WC? I hope not....

If the club want him to stay then he will, at his age with 2 years left I would think we hold the upper hand.
His attitude at times looks very suspect and I expect him to say what he has said although privately he holds no respect for the manager.
I can only hope moyes leave come last day of this season, we CANNOT give him money to mis spend this summer.
If fergie had mata and fellaini the other teams in the prem would shake. Jose would not have sold mata to fergie.

As others have said, he must have assurances of things happening in the Summer. Weather a back-room revolution or players coming in.

Can we ever guarantee signing top players? Buying Mata and the nauseous contract to PHC is enough proof of ambition and that's the extent of assurances you can realistically give. 2 mids will help immensely but would it magically transform our style of play? Every man and his dog knows where the real issue is. I did say revamp of backroom staff is more plausible.
