Bullshit. Moyes got what he deserved and it wasn't a knife in the back, it was a double tap to the forehead. So you still think the players are completely blameless i see. For some of their performances? No. Never did say they were completely blameless. However everything that happened to Moyes was coming to him. He should have walked long before he was eventually, bungled-ly, shown the door along with the rest of his mediocre at best lieutenants. It's also a totally separate issue from player performances and Moyes apparently being 'stabbed in the back'. His tactics, his methods, his selections. You reap what you sow. Condemn the players for failing to live up to the badge on the shirt and whatever I am sure Fergie asked them, no problem. Purely because that let down us the supporters and the club as a football club though. In no way because Moyes suffered for it. Anyway, this thing about van Persie feeling betrayed is double edged for me. Okay, good that van Gaal has been ruthless with a big name that maybe doesn't have 'it' for the overall team good. On the other hand, why the fuck can he do it with van Persie but not Rooney?

It also makes sense on so many other levels to have a world cup winning captain as club captain as well. If we are buying a top striker, he will obviously expect to play most games. That would mean altering formation, or dropping Rooney. Moyes and Pogba was Fergies 2 biggest mistakes in my opinion

He's entering his thirties soon, so once he gets fat, and starts losing his hair, that will all chan....shit

really like rio's farewell messages to naan bread and van pizzle.
rio should definitely be brought in to do some social media work for the website/official fb and twitter feeds

Kind of weird that he's been unveiled at Fenerbahce already and there's still no announcement from the club.

"From my side, there are no hard feelings with how it went. It's part of football, it's part of life. I had a good moment with the players the day before I came to Istanbul so that was special. Then you see that everyone really appreciated my time there - that was important for me.
"I highly appreciate the work of Ed Woodward, the CEO of Manchester United. The way he dealt with this transfer is from a high level, it's very classy.
“He proved he's a true gentleman in the way he dealt with the whole situation. Ed, if you're listening, thank you."
