Tuchel leaving Bayern at the end of the season.
Probably better to stay off the managerial merry-go-round this coming summer and give Erik one last go with proper structure around him, we'll only be left with the dregs anyway.

Never rated Tuchel tbh... I think Bayern were a bit premature getting rid of Nagelsmann...

Xabi Alonso's off to Bayern to Liverpool. Amorim has flirted with Chelsea and could be the above team's second choice
After that, who even is there? Nagelsman failed at Bayern, but is that enough to say no to a man who was considered the next big thing?
Tuchel seems to piss people off even quicker than Jose.
Conte I think's done. Hasn't got the temperament for it anymore at club level.
Gallardo isn't tested in Europe.
Mancini's not done anything of note since the Euros with Italy, but could be a shout.
Enrique's aura has dissipated now he's not got that post Pep Barca lustre

Bayern squad is aging and they have made some really questionable transfers in the past few years thanks to truly rare ineptitude at the board level. I still think he deserves managerial chances. Until Alonso signs on the dotted line, we've got to try imo.

As I said before somewhere, I don't think Nagelsmann got a fair crack of it and Tuchel has shown that maybe the Bayern squad isn't all it should be... There's also de Zerbi (who I think City might be lining up) but as has been said, can he handle a big club like United with all that comes with it? I think that the new management structure could help in that regard but everyone is a gamble as I feel the United job is pretty unique in terms of the intense scrutiny that comes with the job...

Can we really say Nagelssmann failed at Bayern ? He won the league in first season and was doing pretty well in the champions league when he was prematurely sacked. And its not as if Tuchel came in and did anything special. They are about to end up second best in the German league.
Nobody is mentioning Inzaghi , he seems to be doing pretty well for Inter. I dont watch them much but quick search tells me he has won trophies , reached CL final and on course to win the Serie A with Inter Milan. I will take him over the likes of De Zerbi and Potter.
My personal choice : Antonio Conte. No nonsense manager , says it as it is, ruthless and a winner.

Forget his spell with those small timers Spurs , no one is going to win anything there. All other jobs he won the league title. His Inter scored 89 goals which is lot more than what we have scored in a long long time. 'Ending in car crash' part is because he has standards and is not interested in celebrating imaginary top 4 trophies.

If it was Conte or another season of this shite I’m sure some of you would opt for the latter. If these goons decide to let him ride out his last season though I think we’ll see a lot worse than we’re seeing already.

I think it’s fair that after a decade of what can largely be described as shit football, we can hope the club look towards someone with a progressive style to come in next. Nothing wrong with that. It’s not either attractive football OR someone who can whip the players into shape. The two aren’t mutually exclusive.
Fucking Conte, come on. Yesterday’s man, again. What’s the point?

Yeah wanting progressive football and even breathing Antonio Conte in that same sentence is ludicrous.

Southgate picking Gallagher and Henderson over Mainoo is reason #326 for not having that sap anywhere near Utd.
