Top performance by the fans The one redeeming aspect of the game. I loved how we'd sing for 10 minutes non-stop...and if we paused for breath, the Arsenal fans would start up "Your support is fucking shit" when all game, the few chants they could muster were the ones ALL teams use, with *insert team name here lol.

So today fergie got his wish of better support to spur the team on and look what happened, maybe in future everyone should just sit there and wait for the team to produce something as the last 2 games we've had an excellent atmosphere and the team's struggled, sods law I suppose

woops i thought you guys were talking about todays match when Lehmann was all angry after that Ronaldo shot and was pulling on O'Sheas shirt and saying some shit to him and Sheasy just turned around and laughed in his face.

Line-up, and changes, were just too negative! I hate it when we hand the initiative to the other team like that! We are at our best when attacking, and surely Carrick starting would have given us the ability to retain possession a lot better than we did!
Pick ourselves up for the next one! We are going through a dicey patch but if we can pick up 80% of the points on offer throughout the season like we are currently doing, we will have 91/2 points and that should make us champions!

the last half an hour was painful. those Arsenal kids are just technically better than O'Shea, Fletcher and Saha. They kept it. We couldnt. It was a carbon copy of last seasons Villareal games. If teams stop us playing at our pace, we cannot out-pass them. We DESPERATELY needed some clever midfield/striker investment last season (Hello classy passers Riquelme and Mascherano), and we didnt get them. Yes we'll have some great moments through this season, but in the end it wont be any different to last.

Would it have been different had we played this XI? Tomasz Gary -- Rio -- Wes -- Patrice Cristiano - Michael - Paul - Kieran Louis - Wayne I thought I'd put in their first names for a laugh. Had to do something to cheer myself up I know it's a whole load of 'what if?', what's done is done and the result cant be changed now. We were just too conservative. Way too many errors. Like I said in my earlier post, it was not a Manchester United performance. I really hope Fergie plays that XI above against Reading. Go for the throat. Take no prisoners.

We lost, we move on, bring on next match. well I'll have to go for a few therapy sessions to get over this one but I should be fine by November. Bring on Reading and let's put on a show to get the team's confidence back up there because after all it wasn't a blow out...and I don't like seeing Rooney hanging his head so let's do it next Saturday!

All in all a weekend to forget, our last 3 performances haven't been great and you could say we've got progressively worse since that first game demolition of Fulham, yet we were still been able to maintain our winning ways until yesterday, now I hope the team realises it needs to take it up a notch and make sure we don't drop any points against the weaker teams like we did last season as that's what will ultimately lose us the prem not dropping a few points against our main rivals (though we don't want to make a habit of that)

Fuckin dreadful performance. Shockingly bad. Maybe I'm biased, or have red tinted specs, but I thought Arsenal were equally as dreadful. Both teams deserved 0 points today. Wtf is up with Rooney? He needs to sort his head out. And wtf is up with giving Poll as ref when these teams meet. Did they not learn from Toure's keeper save last season? Lehmann purposefully picks up the ball outside the area to stop Rooney, and only gets a yellow? And a penalty awarded for no contact? Poll is a joker, and I'm looking forward to 11 vs 11 at the Emirates, hopefully with no Poll playing Arsenal's 12th man. i fucking hate graham poll the #Wa#
