I was talking to a fellow red online earlier and he said he'd take a 0-1 win, and he said he'd expect most people would happily take that before hand, so how many on here would be happy with a 0-1 win?, i disagreed and said i think we are more than capable of getting more than 1 goal tonight although i expect Lille to put up a good fight i just think we will have that little bit of extra class, i'd not be happy with a 0-1 tonight as if they get one in the second leg late on then we would be under pressure which i just don't think we should be putting ourselves in
I hope we can get a couple if not 3 tonight, i hope we get a good team performance and no injuries

I'd like to see Rooney score and the way we have been playing goals could come from anywhere in the team.

Lille's performance on and off the match is pathetic, their coaching staff telling their players to go off. Ban the fucking lot of them, that's fucking pathetic. Bunch of cunts.

I agree with you there. If United go 1 down we don't moan and threaten to boycot (sp?) the match they try and pull one back asap.
